Welcome to Historic Crossroads.

Margie's Historic Crossroads in Soulard

Come relax and be entertained with us in this renovated 19th century picturesque brick building from the 1840's. I offer an appropriately succinct and cozy place, all in good Soulard taste; perfect for a group of friends, a special date or a PRIVATE PARTY (baby showers, birthdays, weddings, inc. holidays). I look forward to serving you. Stop by, enjoy and slow down.

Beer in a glass with a lot of foam.

Outside in the courtyard, with plenty of seating, you can enjoy the fire pit, if that suits your mood. I have a large yard perfect for horseshoes or any other game.

Drinks, Food and Music

A customer plays the piano.

I offer wine, beer, as well as cocktails, soft drinks, snacks, and good company. Dart boards and a digital jukebox are scattered throughout the space.

If you are hungry, we serve TJ's Pizza!

Aspiring Artists and Musicians

If your fingers are in the mood, give them a spin on our piano. New musicians (consisting of no more than 2 members) and artists always welcome - please call (314) 807-2013 or stop by during normal business hours.

We accept cash (preferred) or Credit Card. ATM is available on site.

A Historic Place

I know a place, it's quite historic
The service rocks, the drinks euphoric

The atmosphere is quaint and cool
Good times and culture are the rule

Sweet Margie stands behind the bar
...It's not too far by foot or car
A place to hear fine poetry

The drinks are cheap, the laughs are free
A place to sit and meet new friends
Down on the corner where Ann street ends

So come and join the Culture Squad
We're all quite nice if somewhat odd

So come step out from your humble abodes
And come and visit Historic Crossroads
